I have been taking these 3-5 times a day since i got them approximately 2 weeks ago. So far they have not helped at all, but the insert said it could take up to three weeks. Picture attatched is after a 45min pump, I expressed about 3oz for both sides together.

Highly recommending for increasing the milk supply
They were recommended by the lactation nurse. She told me to take 5 a day till I get my milk supply up and then reduce to keep it up. I was having so little milk that my son was crying the whole day so I was giving him formula. Two days a took 5 and the 3rd day I woke up with so much milk that my son got to not even finish the first and fall asleep for 5 hours. I pumped the other and I took out just the extra to release the pain and I had 60 ml just in extra. Now I am ready to stop the formula finally.

No results
I've been taking these for a week and have not noticed any difference or seen any results. My milk supply hasn't increased, but decreased a bit and my breast aren't filling up as quickly as they usually do.I'll give it some time I guess.
